Florida-Friendly Landscaping of Hernando County Utilities offers free classes on the nine principles of Florida=Friendly Landscaping: Right Plant, Right Place, Water Efficiently, Fertilize Appropriately, Mulch, Attract Wildlife, Manage Yard Pests Responsibly, Recycle, Reduce Stormwater Runoff and Protect the Waterfront. The Program Coordinator, Lilly Browning, is available to present free programs to HOA’s, clubs or other groups in communities. Great for new residents!
